How it works

We approach everything from a trauma-informed perspective and your soul leads the way at all times, so the pace is easy and graceful. During a session you can expect space for processing emotions, but I am not a therapist or counselor. I listen to whatever goal, intention, or challenge you bring to our session and offer tools to support you grounding a somatic sensation of safety, emotional freedom, and deep spiritual healing in the body.

Our work is spiritual, but there is no dogma. Ensoulment coaching helps a person connect with their own truth and continuously redirect focus toward self in a healthy and fulfilling way. The result is expanding feelings of self-love, presence, and peace which feel like an awakened heart or embodied sovereignty.

Hi, my name is Veronica.

After decades at war against chronic pain, failed relationships, trauma, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and worse, I uncovered an archetypal healing process which leads to embodiment of one’s true self called The Ensoulment Process.

​As a spiritual and intuitive person, I often felt out of place in a harsh world focused on material success, so I learned to fit in and play the good girl to get ahead. After decades of confusion and suffering, I wove my own spiritual path which helped me heal deep childhood trauma and lifetimes of wounding from being a highly sensitive empathic starseed.

After two decades on a journey as the wounded healer, being initiated into spiritual and emotional alchemy via the realms of Yoga, Zen, Tantra, and more, I am fueled by an insatiable joy to be of service to visionary leaders, teachers, healers, and creatives like you.

My gifts as a healer, muse, and soul oracle make me a mirror for your own divine humanity. Based on intuition and intense formal training, I work with your guides, angels, and ancestors to reveal the blocks to your ultimate power and peace. I approach this work with a rigorous but compassionate professional attitude, prioritizing integration, and high ethical standards.

For nearly fifteen years I’ve been studying and practicing ways to extract myself from oppressive systems and live in a life-honoring. In my work as an architect and planner, I see first-hand how necessary a large scale shift in consciousness is, no one is going to hand the power back to us. I became motivated by a sense of urgency to teach others how to live a regenerative life when I realized the power we have as a collective to literally build a better world from the inside out.

I believe that each one of us has the opportunity to change the world starting right where we are. Everything you need is already within you.
